Suzanne Shepherd
Chairman

Suzanne holds a B.A. in journalism from California State University. She began her career in advertising, spent time in sales training, and currently works as Director of Internal Operations at Sparks Florist.

Tomas Macaluso
Vice Chairmain

Tomas teaches business classes in the Career and Technical Education Department at Reno High School. He holds a BA in fine arts from UNR. For eight years, he has owned and operated a mobile DJ service. Tomas also broadcast as a radio personality on KWNZ for six years.

Anita Sullivan
Secretary

Anita served as Regional Representative for U.S. Senator Harry Reid for over 17 years. She is a Native Nevadan and a UNR graduate. Over time, Anita has served on boards for more than 20 area organizations.

Ernest Baragar
Treasurer

Ernie has been a member of Clearstar Financial Credit Union for the past 18 years.  He has volunteered with the Board of Directors for the last five years most recently as the Chairman of the Board.  Ernie is a 19 year employee of International Game Technology, currently holding the position of Staff Manufacturing Engineer.  He has earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from CSU, Chico and an MBA degree from Golden Gate University.

Ralph Bothe
Director

A retired teacher, Ralph has volunteered at the credit union for 16 years. He also volunteers at KNPB and works with the UNR intern program.

Carol Barry
Director

Carol worked as a human resources and process manager at R.R. Donnelly in Reno. She holds a B.S. in business from Sierra Nevada College as well as several professional certifications. She retired in 2005.

Tim Fuetsch
Director

Tim began his career in 1978 as a teacher at Traner Middle School. Since then, he has served as principal at four local schools, most recently Sierra Vista Elementary. He also served as president of the Washoe County Principals’ Association from 2002 to 2006.
