| 9+9 Term
Certificate# |
 |
|
The 9+9 Term Certificate gives you the peace
of mind that you'll never be stuck in a rate
that's too low. After nine months, we'll
check the rate on your term certificate to
see if a higher rate is available. If so,
we'll automatically renew your certificate
at the higher rate. If rates have gone down,
your rate will not change; the
certificate will renew for another nine
months at its current rate. You can even add
funds at the nine-month review.
Now that's peace of mind!

| Traditional IRA
|
 |
|
Wouldn't it be nice if you could plant a
money tree in
the
backyard, and whenever you needed a little
extra cash, you could pick a few bills? The
traditional IRA could be the next best
thing! With a little patience, and steady
contributions, you'll see your IRA grow into
an account that will help provide safety and
security for you and your family for years
to come. Traditional IRAs offer tax-deferred
earnings, and the possibility for
tax-deductible contributions.

| Roth IRA
|
 |
The Roth IRA offers
a unique and exciting savings opportunity.
Not only can it help with retirement needs,
but also a first-time home purchase or other
financial goals. This flexibility makes the
Roth IRA appealing to many different age and
income groups. Although it's not a
one-size-fits-all solution, the Roth IRA
will give many members an easy and safe way
to plan for the future. Unlike traditional
IRAs, your contributions to a Roth IRA are
never tax-deductible. However, the money in
your Roth IRA, including earnings, can be
withdrawn tax-free. Of course, you must
conform to the plan provisions to get this
tax-free advantage.

| Coverdell
Education Savings Account |
 |
|
Seeing a child work toward a college degree
is every parent's dream. Unfortunately, this
dream can be a nightmare in one respect--the
frightful cost of a college degree. If
you're wondering how you'll pay for your
child's education, a Coverdell Education
Saving Account (ESA) can be a smart way to
save. Although contributions to a Coverdell
ESA are not tax-deductible, your withdrawals
(including earnings) are tax-free if used
for tuition, books and other qualified
higher-education expenses (including
supplies, equipment and, in some cases, room
& board and computers).
